Directions: Add the bag to your bath. Watch your bath turn milky, and your skin will be silky smooth. The more you squeeze the bag the more milky your bath will go. You can also rub the cotton bag over your skin like a sponge
 
For Adult baths I would suggest 1 use 
For Babies and Children you can use the bag twice as long as you use within 48 hours 
 
The cotton pouches are washable. You simply empty the contents and pop the bag in the washing machine, or hand wash if you wish 
 
All contents are compostable so can be disposed of in your food waste bin or your compost if you have one
 
TIP: Wait until your pouch is dry before you empty the contents as its easier to untie the bag when its dry.
